Your transfer includes

  • New, air-conditioned vehicles in good condition.
  • A hotel representative will meet you at the airport terminal, holding a sign with your name.
  • All toll fees.

Taxes & surcharges

  • Prices exclude 10% tax and 5% service charge.
  • Lunar New Year: a surcharge of US$5 per vehicle applies.
  • Flights between 23:00 and 05:00: a surcharge of US$5 per vehicle applies.

Service hours

  • Full day: 08:00–17:00 (approximately 8 hours, subject to the programme).
  • Half day: 08:00–12:00 or 13:00–17:00 (approximately 4 hours).

  • Tour guide services. Please request an English- or French-speaking local guide if needed.
  • Tips and insurance.
  • Optional excursions and activities.
  • Additional transfers required due to an emergency.
  • Personal expenses, such as phone calls and beverages.
  • Peak-season surcharges, if applicable.
  • Any items not listed as included.
